We provide custom 3D modeling services according to client specifications and sell our own 3D models. Work may be performed by us and/or vetted freelancers. We may also act as an intermediary for the manufacture of wax models based on 3D files. Our services are available to consumers and business customers.
A contract is concluded when the client provides a written, detailed technical brief and we confirm it. Changes after conclusion may incur additional costs.
Depending on complexity and workload, typically 1–30 days. The expected date is communicated upon order confirmation. If delays occur, we inform the client promptly and transparently.
The client must provide high-quality sketches and accurate specifications, pay in full before start, and carefully review our specifications to avoid downstream manufacturing errors, accepting only when the model fully meets the requirements.
Consumers within the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days under § 312g BGB and Directive 2011/83/EU. For digital content (3D model files) delivered outside a tangible medium, this right expires once performance has begun, provided the consumer (a) has expressly consented to immediate performance, and (b) has acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal upon download (§ 356 (5) BGB, Art. 16 (m) Directive 2011/83/EU). Both consents are recorded electronically before each download. For custom 3D modeling orders, the right of withdrawal expires once work has started with the consumer's prior express consent (§ 356 (4) BGB).
Independent of the right of withdrawal, buyers retain statutory warranty rights (Gewährleistung, §§ 434 ff. BGB; Directive (EU) 2019/770 on the supply of digital content). A refund or replacement is granted if a 3D model is materially defective, does not match its description, is technically unusable (e.g., corrupted file, non-printable geometry), or infringes third-party rights. Refund requests must be submitted via the platform's complaints procedure within a reasonable period after the defect becomes apparent. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Abuse of refund rights (e.g., requesting a refund after using or redistributing a model) may lead to account suspension and legal action.
If the delivered work deviates from the agreed brief or contains defects, buyers must notify the platform without undue delay through the official complaints channel. We will mediate between buyer and seller and, where the complaint is justified, arrange corrections, replacement, or refund. Requests beyond the agreed brief may be chargeable.
Sellers (vendors) act as professional traders within the meaning of Art. 2 (2) Directive 2011/83/EU and are independently responsible for compliance with EU consumer protection law. By listing products on the platform, vendors acknowledge that: (a) buyers who are consumers may exercise statutory withdrawal and warranty rights as described above; (b) refunds for defective, misdescribed, technically unusable or rights-infringing models are mandatory and will be deducted from the vendor's balance, including the platform commission already paid out; (c) repeated justified complaints, fraudulent listings or refusal to cooperate with the refund process may result in suspension or termination of the vendor account; (d) vendors must guarantee that uploaded models are their own original work or properly licensed and do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights; (e) vendors indemnify the platform against any third-party claims arising from non-compliant listings. Stripe processing fees on refunded transactions are non-recoverable and will be borne by the vendor.
Preview images. All preview images used in a listing must directly relate to the specific Model or product offered in that listing, and must show the Model clearly enough that a buyer can identify what is actually being offered. Unrelated or extraneous images are prohibited. If a listing contains unrelated preview images, the Platform will hide or suspend that listing from display in the marketplace catalog until the non-compliant images are corrected or removed. Ordinary backgrounds, scenes and contextual renders remain permitted provided the listed Model is still the actual subject of the image. This measure affects the listing only and is not an account ban or permanent removal.
Liability is limited because final acceptance of the model is the client's responsibility. We provide full information (dimensions, wall thicknesses, precious-metal weight estimates, gemstone data) and a 3D preview to enable thorough quality checks.
Finished models are provided in the work chat (download/forward). Small files may be sent by email upon request. Shop purchases may be emailed temporarily until direct downloads are implemented.
