Jewelry 3D Printing Service

Professional wax 3D printing for lost-wax and investment casting — printed in genuine castable wax on 3D Systems ProJet MJP 2500W and MJP 300W Plus printers, ready to cast without tooling or rubber molds.

We print jewelry directly in castable wax for lost-wax casting — no CNC wax carving, no rubber molds, no tooling. A 3D file goes in, a clean, ash-free wax pattern comes out, ready for your casting house or ours.

Every model is printed on 3D Systems' MultiJet wax printers — the ProJet MJP 2500W and MJP 300W Plus — the same class of machine production casting houses use for fine jewelry detail: prongs, filigree, pavé seats, and thin shanks that survive burnout cleanly.

Jewelry 3D printing FAQ

What is lost-wax casting, and how does 3D-printed wax fit in?

Lost-wax (investment) casting pours molten metal into a mold formed around a wax pattern, which burns out and leaves the metal shape behind. A 3D-printed wax pattern replaces a hand-carved or CNC-milled one — the same casting process, a faster turnaround, and no tooling for one-off or small-batch pieces.

What material do you print in?

Genuine castable wax, printed on 3D Systems' MultiJet Printing (MJP) machines — not resin. It burns out clean, the way a jewelry casting house expects.

How is the price calculated?

From your model's volume: upload it in the project chat and our built-in 3D viewer estimates the wax print cost, plus the finished weight in gold, silver, and other metals, right away.

Do I need an account?

Yes — projects and their chats live in your JewelModel workspace, so we can track files, quotes, and production status in one place.
