The central motif of this bypass ring is a pair of sculpted hands that wrap around the finger, creating an embrace or hugging gesture where the shank terminals meet. This sculptural element flows from a simple, unadorned band with a smooth, half-round profile. The open-ended bypass construction allows for some minor adjustability. This digital CAD asset is designed to produce a detailed master pattern via 3D printing, suitable for subsequent investment casting, with the overall model fitting within a 20.76 x 20.83 x 9.79 mm bounding box.
Overall Bounding Box: 20.76mm (width) × 20.83mm (depth) × 9.79mm (height)
Q: Is this ring design adjustable? A: The model features an open bypass shank, which in a finished piece allows for minor size adjustments by carefully bending the band. The design has a starting outer dimension of approximately 20.83mm.
Q: What is the main design feature of this ring? A: The ring's defining feature is the pair of sculpted hands that form the terminals of the bypass shank, creating a symbolic "hugging" motif.
Q: What is the height of the ring at its tallest point? A: The maximum height of the design, measured across the hands as they overlap, is 9.79 mm based on the provided technical model specifications.
