We build jewelry 3D models to order for jewelers and jewelry brands: a single bespoke piece, a reworked existing design, or a full collection developed to your own direction. You describe the piece, we model it, and you receive files you can print, cast, or hand to your production.
Every project lives in its own private chat. Reference photos, sketches, and existing 3D files go in there, the finished model comes back the same way, and both sides can open any STL, 3DM, or OBJ attachment in the built-in 3D viewer without downloading it first — useful when you want to check a shape, a stone seat, or a wall thickness before signing anything off.
How it works
There is no request form to fill in and no quote to chase. A project is a conversation, and the price appears in it as itemised tasks.

Sign in and go to your custom orders workspace.
- Click "New Project"
Give the project a name — that is all it takes to open its private chat.
- Describe the piece and attach references
Write what you need and attach photos, sketches, PDFs, or existing STL, 3DM, and OBJ files. We break the work into priced tasks, and you see the amount before you pay anything.
Custom jewelry modeling FAQ
Who is this for?
Independent jewelers, jewelry companies developing their own collections, and workshops that print and cast in-house. You get a production-ready file rather than a finished piece of jewelry — so you keep control of metal, stones, and finishing.
Is my design kept confidential?
Yes. Project chats and their attachments are private between you and the modeler assigned to your order, files are stored privately with access limited to the people on that order, and they are never used for AI training. An NDA is available on request.
What files do I receive?
Models are delivered as attachments in the project chat and can be downloaded from there. Formats supported end to end — including in the built-in viewer — are STL, 3DM, and OBJ; agree the exact deliverables for your project in the chat before work starts.
How is the price set?
We break the project into individual tasks and price each one. The total appears in your project as an amount to pay, so you always see the figure before committing. Payment is taken by card through Stripe inside the app, in US dollars, euros, or hryvnia.
Can you also print the model in wax?
Yes. The same workspace handles wax 3D printing for lost-wax casting, so a model we build for you can go straight to print without moving files anywhere else.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Projects, chats, and files live in your JewelModel workspace, which is what keeps each project private and lets you come back to its history and downloads later.
